AHLA’s FORWARD focuses on building community, developing leaders, and creating game-changing events that advance women in hospitality.
The FORWARD Advisory Committee brings together senior female executives from across the industry to provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and leadership. DeChamps joins 34 hospitality leaders supporting cornerstone programs such as BUILD & ELEVATE and FORWARD Thinking, which empower women to pursue leadership and ownership opportunities within the hotel sector. She has also been an active participant in the FORWARD/Exchange series, championing meaningful dialogue and action around women’s advancement in hospitality.
