Philadelphia, Pa – June 6, 2025 -We’re excited to announce another step forward in Towne Health’s growth journey — we’ve officially been awarded a 3-year contract with Kaleida Health, the largest healthcare provider in Western New York. Beginning June 1, 2025, Towne Health will take over operations and will bring our signature arrival through departure experience at three key Kaleida Health locations:
- Buffalo General Medical Center
- Gates Vascular Institute
- Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital

What We’re Providing
We’ll be delivering valet and shuttle services designed to enhance the guest and patient experience at each facility. This partnership strengthens our footprint in a new market — Buffalo, NY — and reinforces our commitment to creating smiles through exceptional service.
Team & Leadership
We’re proud to welcome 27 new associates to the Towne Health family as part of this opening! Leading the charge on the ground will be Nick Kaitanowski, who will serve as Director of Operations for the Kaleida Health accounts.
Tech at Work
We expect to park 78,000 cars between all three sites where we’ll bring advanced parking technology. Text to retrieve and paperless tickets are two ways we’ll streamline the valet experience for guests, patients and staff.
