Natalie Luciano | Account Manager | Monterey Marriott
Natalie began her Towne Park career in 2011 as a Guest Service Associate and Guest Service Coordinator at the Marriott Grand Residence.
Natalie has a thirst for knowledge and learned Towne Park’s ins-and-outs, which made her one of the strongest GSCs at her site. She earned the opportunity to serve as an Assistant Account Manager at Marriott Timber Lodge, where she was instrumental in building the site up to one of the top five in the district.
Looking for a change in scenery, Natalie happily accepted her new role as Account Manager at the Monterey Marriott, where she is expected to work her magic once again!

Following his time there, Jeff helped open up one of the most complex parking operations in the company at the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites.
Jeff continued to look for the next project to tackle and has landed on the opportunity to be the new Account Manager at the Springhill Suites. Jeff is very excited for this next phase and looks forward to making his mark in the Denver District.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys watching the Broncos and Rockies play, spending most of his time outside on his wakeboard and jet skiing. One more thing to add to his list of accomplishments… he recently married his sweetheart!
Scott Grode | Account Manager | Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn Denver and Special Events
Scott started with Towne Park while he was “tearing” it up on the Metro State University soccer field. John Reimers needed a goal scorer for the season and – boom – Scott started his first valet job as a Guest Service Associate at the Marriott City Center. He quickly transferred to Spring Hill Suites in his new role as Guest Service Coordinator… and knew he found a great company to work for. He would serve as a Guest Service Coordinator and Claims Champion at the Four Seasons for a year and a half prior to promotions to Assistant Account Manager at the Hyattand now to his current role as Account Manager at Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn Denver and Denver Special Events.
In Scott’s own words, “I’m blessed to have met most of you along my TP journey… and for those of you I have yet to meet, I look forward to the opportunity. I’m sad to be leaving so many great people at the Hyatt, but don’t worry guys, I’m right next door! However, I’m grateful to be working with the great financial legend himself, Chris Sullenberger, and I’m amped to be at ‘The Combo.’ Towne Park forever!”
Grady Wright | Account Manager | Courtyard Pioneer Square
A Seattle native, Grady grew up in the shadow of Husky Stadium as a big sports nut, both as a fan and participant. He grew up playing baseball and now participates in competitive softball when the weather allows! Grady is also a lover of food, both as an avid cook and diner in the Seattle area; if you need a good recommendation, ask Grady!
A veteran of Towne Park since August 2006, Grady has been part of the Marriott Waterfront Seattle team, managing several important task force roles during his tenure. In 2007, Grady went to the Mile High City to help the Denver team with the City Center Marriott and served on the task force at the Fontainebleau in 2012.
During his time at the Marriott Waterfront, Grady has worked with and developed many members of the NW Leadership team, so it is our great pleasure to announce Grady is now officially on the Leadership team as he takes over one of our newly acquired Minuteman Parking sites.
