Amanda Quillen is a seasoned human resources executive with a proven track record in leading organizational transformation and driving strategic HR initiatives. As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Towne, she brings a collaborative and strategic approach to aligning people strategies with business goals—enhancing performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Before joining Towne Park, Amanda spent 19 years with IKEA, where she held several leadership roles in human resources, including HR Compliance and Policy Program Manager. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in cultivating inclusive workplace cultures, strengthening HR governance, and building scalable, people-first programs that supported long-term growth.

Amanda holds a degree from Wittenberg University.
