Joshua Miller is Towne’s Senior Vice President of Revenue Optimization. He is responsible for optimizing parking revenue for Towne’s clients and the company while overseeing the commercialization, sales, client support, and success of these solutions.

Joshua brings more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality and parking industries, including 11 years with Towne. During his tenure, he has supported field operations and led relationships with national accounts and portfolio solutions by implementing and enhancing parking revenue strategies.

Before joining Towne, Joshua served as a hotel parking consultant for HVS International’s Ultimate Hotel Parking Solutions division and later founded his own consulting firm, Niche Advisors. Prior to that, he spent over 15 years in hotel operations, holding roles with major brands such as MGM Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, and Destination Hotels & Resorts.

Joshua holds a degree from Cornell University’s Hotel School and resides in the San Diego area.
