Shareena serves as Towne’s Chief Commercial Development Officer, driving the Nexity by Towne integrated parking and mobility technologies strategic vision, innovation, and growth. With an unrelenting commitment to excellence, she has built a career defined by leadership, ingenuity, and a customer-first approach.

Shareena holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Marketing, from Massey University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, and an Executive MBA from Waikato University, New Zealand. In 2009, she co-founded Frogparking (acquired by Towne in 2025 and now known as Nexity by Towne) with a vision to create cutting-edge parking solutions and has since propelled it to a global position at the forefront of innovation and sustainability. Under her leadership, the company has pioneered solar-powered parking sensors, LiDAR technology for indoor sensors, and a self-resetting barrier arm, establishing itself as a trusted provider for organizations seeking to revolutionize parking management.

Known for her hands-on and customer-focused leadership, Shareena works closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are tailored to each client’s unique requirements. She actively guides Nexity by Towne design and operational decisions, ensuring every project aligns with customer expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
