With the NCAA Men’s Final Four set to take center court in Indianapolis, Towne’s Indianapolis team is ready to step into the spotlight.

For Final Four weekend, Towne will be on the front lines of the guest experience, supporting 12 of the city’s premier hotels with a roster of more than 400 hourly associates, double our typical lineup. From the moment fans arrive through departure, our valet and bell teams will create exceptional experiences that make guests smile, feel welcomed, and taken care of.

This isn’t their first time supporting a major sporting event after recently scaling operations to support fans and visitors when the Indiana Hoosiers played in the Big Ten Championship in December on their historic run to becoming National Champions. Our team has built a deep bench and a winning playbook for handling high-stakes events in one of the nation’s biggest sports destinations.

And just like any championship team, preparation is everything.

Months before the tournament began, our Indianapolis leaders drew up detailed game plans that include scaling operations and mapping traffic flow to prepare for the surge of fans, teams, media, and NCAA officials. Every hotel has its own strategy in optimizing traffic flow while elevating the guest experience and our teams are ready to execute in every moment that matters.

“We closely tracked the tournament as it unfolded and used those insights, alongside historical data from past Final Fours in Indianapolis, to shape our operational game plans in real time,” said Brandon Reef, Area Manager, Indianapolis District. “At the same time, we’re mapping out championship weekend logistics, from road closures to key event zones and Fan Fest locations, so we can anticipate guest flow and deliver a seamless experience. Just as important, we’re equipping our teams with the tools and information they need, from detailed FAQs to on-the-ground guidance, so they’re ready to confidently support every guest throughout the weekend.”

When the lights are brightest, Towne Indianapolis is ready to deliver.
