Honored as an outstanding parking leader, DeChamps and two other honorees were recognized for their dedication to advancing women in leadership, fostering inclusion, and demonstrating a commitment to diversity and employee development.

The WIP IMPACT Award Winner and Finalists were recognized yesterday during the NPA’s annual Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, IN. “Advancing women in leadership isn’t just about opening doors, it’s about ensuring those doors lead to meaningful opportunities for growth, impact, and success,” said DeChamps. “I’m deeply honored to receive this recognition, but even more proud of the incredible women across our industry who are shaping its future every day. Investing in people is how we elevate our organizations and our industry as a whole.”
