PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. (September 15, 2026) — Shareena Sandbrook, Chief Commercial Development Officer of Towne, has been named the 2026 Innovator of the Year by the National Parking Association (NPA). The award was presented during the 2026 NPA Convention & Expo at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The NPA’s Innovator of the Year award is presented to a parking industry leader who has demonstrated significant industry or organizational success, advanced innovative ideas, products or practices, or shown exemplary leadership that has positively shaped the industry.
Sandbrook was recognized for her pioneering work developing the first fully integrated, data centric, cloud-based parking and mobility platform, Frogparking, now known as Nexity by Towne. She has been in the industry for more than 15 years first as co-founder and former CEO of Frogparking, the company she and her father founded, and Towne acquired in 2025.
