Insights from Five Inspiring Women
Philadelphia, PA – March 25, 2025 – As we close out Women’s History Month, Towne Park is proud to highlight the stories and wisdom of five exceptional female leaders who have made significant contributions to our organization and fulfill our purpose to create smiles by delivering exceptional experiences. Their experiences and insights not only inspire us but also pave the way for future generations of women leaders.
Jackie DeChamps: Embracing Unique Paths
Jackie DeChamps, COO and CHRO, emphasizes the importance of resisting societal expectations to find a balance between professional and personal life. She shares how her husband chose to be a stay-at-home dad, allowing her to fully pursue her career despite facing criticism. Jackie advises women to embrace their unique perspectives and contributions, which strengthen discussions and foster a more inclusive culture.
“When we stop trying to please everyone, and focus on what truly works for our family, we not only feel better about ourselves but also become more productive,” Jackie said.
As a woman in a C-Suite position, she often finds herself as the sole female in the room. “The best piece of advice I can offer is to never let that make you doubt your place there! Women frequently spend too much time wondering if they truly belong, forgetting that they have earned their seat at the table.”
She brings her unique viewpoint, leadership skills, and abilities to drive the business forward, and refuses to let self-doubt take hold. Instead, she embraces the diversity she contributes, which not only strengthens discussions but also helps shape a more inclusive culture in the organization and the C-Suite, paving the way for more diverse perspectives in the future.
Bev Dribin: Making a Difference

Bev Dribin, SVP of Marketing & Communications, entered the hospitality industry with a passion for making a tangible impact. She has embraced roles that never existed before, creating opportunities to add value and make a meaningful impact. Bev advises young women to be proactive, take initiative, and own their expertise.
“My advice to leaders is simple: No matter the role, make it your own,” Bev said. “In every company I’ve worked for, I’ve taken on roles that never existed before. There was no roadmap, no predecessor to follow—just a blank slate. I saw each opportunity as a startup within an established organization—an open space where I could set the vision, build the team, and make a meaningful impact.”
“Be proactive. Spot an unmet need, propose solutions, and take the lead. These stretch experiences not only expand your skills but also position you as a strategic partner, allowing you to collaborate across the organization and gain a broader business perspective.” She believes that the future of women in leadership at Towne Park is limitless, with opportunities to inspire and develop teams.
“I’m incredibly proud of the strides women have made in leadership roles over the past few years. While parking is a core competency, we are a hospitality company at our core. Leadership here is about inspiring and developing teams, creating exceptional experiences, and building strong, performance-based client partnerships. Women bring the vision, adaptability, and leadership skills to thrive in this environment—and I’m excited to see how this continues to grow.”
Sherri Edwards: Passion for Hospitality
SVP of the Central Region, Sherri Edwards’, journey into hospitality began during her college years, working at a local hotel. Her passion for the industry grew as she learned about hotel operations and the importance of teamwork.
“As a guest room attendant, I quickly understood how vital that team is to the entire hotel operating smoothly. More than once, I felt the extra burden when there wasn’t enough staff, and for the first time had a leader that I learned some hard lessons from – how I would never treat a team that reported to me,” Sherri said.
Sherri highlights the significance of having a supportive partner, which enabled her to pursue her career without fear. She believes that understanding personal non-negotiables is key to maintaining a healthy balance. “Understanding your personal non-negotiables and staying true to those is a compass for success.”
Amanda Quillen: Integrity and Leadership
Amanda Quillen’s (SVP of HR) pivotal moment in her career came when she stood up for her values and integrity, even at the risk of her job. This experience shaped her leadership style, teaching her the importance of speaking truth to power.
“I look back at this moment as a test of my integrity, and with that experience, I felt prepared when I had to speak truth to power later in my career. What I learned – knowing who you are as a leader and being willing to stand up for that – even if it means there are consequences – That is the job of leadership, regardless of level,” Amanda said.
Amanda advises young women to invest in their development, find a support network, and embrace the challenges that come with leadership roles.
Jackie O’Neill: Passion to Serve
Jackie O’Neill joined Towne Park in April 2024 as District Manager, Milwaukee, and was drawn to the company by its core value of “Passion to Serve.”
“I have always been very passionate about serving and give myself wholly in my personal life to service, but I was missing this feeling in my previous position within a retail company. I knew that I wanted to be somewhere that embodies acts of service as the love language it is and joined Towne Park in April of last year and have never looked back,” Jackie said.
Jackie shares how the supportive environment at Towne Park motivates her and keeps her resilient, and emphasizes the importance of leaning on peers, leaders, and family for support during tough times. Her story highlights the power of a collaborative and uplifting workplace.
“One of my favorite things about Towne Park is that peers support each other. We share ideas and lift each other up; no one is stepping on another to propel themselves forward. This environment in and of itself motivates me and keeps me positive,” Jackie said.
These stories reflect the diverse paths and experiences of female leaders at Towne Park. Their resilience, integrity, and passion serve as a beacon for all aspiring leaders. As we honor Women’s History Month, we celebrate their contributions and look forward to a future where women continue to thrive and lead with excellence.
